This summer I had the honor of visiting Zvartnots in Armenia and filming a music video for Georgy Minasov and the Dudukner Ensemble. Zvartnots Cathedral is a 7th-century centrally planned aisled tetraconch type Armenian cathedral built by the order of Catholicos Nerses the Builder from 643-652AD.
Most of the footage was shot with my Rebel using a glidecam. Had two lenses: Canon L-series and a great wideangle Sigma lens. Post was done primarily using AfterFX. I performed some composites of the Ararat Mountains with motion tracking plugin by The Foundry. Lastly, filmed some incredible wheat fields up in Nagorno-Karabagh. Hope you enjoy as much as I did making this.
